If a member or parent has an issue to raise or discuss on any matter relating to the Club do so via a member of the committee or in writing to the Secretary either with a note left at the clubhouse or email secretary.gchjuvenile@gmail.com in accordance with our code of conduct.
Members should refrain from airing grievances on Social Media. Grievances should be put in writing to the Secretary as above.
