Fit4Life will be welcoming a new group of beginner runners starting on Monday 9th January 2023.
If you would like to start our couch to 5K programme you are welcome to come along.
We meet on Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm at the Westside Library, Seamus Quirke Road.
